Message: I’m hoping I can get better Customer Service next time. Only asked a general question. The dealer seems to have had a bad Attitude probably wasn’t his day.

Message: My truck was experiencing unexplained loss of power. Will identified a control module code as the cause and power was restored when code was cleared. They had me back on the road before lunch the same day. Great service and will highly recommend!

Message: Oh man the service me and my wife received by Will and his staff at Aamco was the absolute best. We took our Lexus in and unfortunately had to get a another Transmission. I'm a repeat client also from several years ago on another vehicle. This time around as last time was great experience. Will kept us update the entire time and made sure we were satisfied. The price was not bad at all for the work we needed done. I was greeted with a smile from Will and the nice nice lady at the front desk I forgot her name. My wife is a Realtor and her car is her Business. Will had are car ready in a better than expected time frase. This my friend is how customer service should be I actually felt like I was at Chick Fila lol the service even for a Transmission job was just like that excellent. If you need a Transmission company I recommend Will and his Team with Aamco hands down. - Alonzo.

Message: Will at AAMCO Jackson provided me with the best customer service experience I've ever had. They've certainly made a lifelong customer of me. I was traveling out-of-state last week when my van started to have trouble. I immediately pulled off the interstate and drove to the nearest repair shop which was a well-known, national chain. The work they did on my van was extremely overpriced and faulty. When I returned home, I took my van to Will at AAMCO. Not only did he fix the faulty work that the other shop had done, he also contacted them to make sure there was no expense for me. If that wasn't impressive enough, he also repaired some items that the other shop had overlooked. Will and AAMCO Jackson are the best. I would give them 6 stars if possible.

Message: I worked here as an assistant Manager and enjoyed every minute the owner and Co owners are the cream of the crop in my eyes some of the best people you will ever meet very loving caring and understanding and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the costumer and employees if you need anything done transmission wise they will most def get you back and going in the shortest time possible Mr Mack Lowery and will Arnold are the best and this is the place to go for your automobile needs.

Message: I was concerned when the check engine light on my 2004 Ford F-150 came on. Trying to find a reputable mechanic is not an easy task. On the suggestion of a friend, I had the engine light checked at AAMCO. I was warmly greeted by Melissa and I dropped off my truck. About an hour later Melissa called and said my truck was ready. Mack checked the engine light and found the transmission to be in good shape with no problems. No charge for checking the engine light. I appreciate the honesty, courtesy and professionalism displayed by Mack and Melissa at AAMCO. He suggested that I have Car Care Clinic on Highway 51 N troubleshoot the engine light.
