Message: Had one bad experience in the past with rental reservation not being available but customer service remedied that situation promptly so I continue to use Enterprise for my rental car needs. This went off without a hitch and everyone I encountered provided excellent and pleasant service. Even was offered an upgrade to an awesome ride and was able to extend my rental period without a problem when unforeseen circumstances happened with my own car. Rental was in good condition, clean, and full of gas. They have earned my business and will always choose Enterprise first for my rental car needs.

Message: AGATHA AND STEDMAN ROCK! I had reserved a mini van from another rental company at the Jackson Municipal Airport in Jackson, MS. I made the reservations for this vehicle nearly a month in advance. Not only that but my credit card had already been charged TWICE for the rental on the day prior to my pick-up date. When my husband and I arrived to pick up the vehicle, on our departure date, we were informed that they had no cars available, NONE, not a one. We were scheduled to depart within the hour for Dallas, TX. I was LIVID! How in the corn nuggets was I supposed to fit 5 people in my BMW X3 and drive 6 hours to Dallas, TX? As I departed, I noticed the Enterprise Cube Office in the parking garage. They had the right idea to be out there away from all the foolery in the airport because everyone was upset inside due to similar situations with their car rental reservations. I went in and was greeted by Agatha and Stedman who honestly were the nicest individuals I have encountered post Covid. They assured me that they would get me on the road in a vehicle that would accommodate my party of 5 and they did just that. I went and sat on a bench, made my reservations online and returned and within 15 minutes they had me set with a WHAT? A MINATURE VAN! Agatha and Stedman were both awesome. They were pleasant and a joy to work with. They both should be commended for offering stellar customer service. I look forward to booking with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the future.
